Apex Trading is a paper-trading desk. Nothing on apextrad.ing — quotes, implied cents, rules, news bias, Grok Director fills, leaderboards, or plan copy — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any security, contract, crypto-asset, or prediction-market outcome. You are solely responsible for how you interpret the tape.
Not a broker, exchange, or adviser
Apex Trading is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, swap dealer, ATS, exchange, bank, custodian, or investment adviser. We do not hold funds, place live orders, or match buyers and sellers. Public tickers are read-only. There is no path in this product that sends an order to a venue.
Paper and hypothetical results
Credits, fills, and P&L are simulated. Hypothetical or back-tested performance has inherent limitations. It does not represent actual trading, does not include live slippage, fees, rejects, liquidations, or queue position, and is prepared with the benefit of hindsight on a clock you already see. Past paper P&L does not predict live results. Do not treat a green ledger as evidence a rule would have made money in production.
Quotes, news, and models are as-is
Spot and perp prints come from public venue APIs. Composite is a median of live spot books. Venues can be late, geo-blocked, or wrong. News agents score headlines; they can miss, duplicate, or mis-weight a story. Implied probabilities are a toy model, not a market. Grok Director is a single user-triggered paper fill, not a promise of edge. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Trading, its operators, and suppliers are not liable for any loss — paper or real, direct or consequential — arising from your use of the desk, a rule firing or not firing, a stale quote, a down venue, a news miss, a Grok fill, a billing change, downtime, or your decision to trade elsewhere based on what you saw here. You assume all risk. If a jurisdiction does not allow a full waiver, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior thirty days, or zero if you are on Observer.
As-is. No warranty.
The product is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change rules, venues, plans, or the wire without notice. Paid seats are a software subscription for the paper desk. PayPal is used only to collect that subscription. We do not use PayPal to buy, sell, or broker securities, forex, or crypto. Paper credits are simulated and have no cash value.
Your decisions stay yours
If you take a live position because a sniper looked good on paper, that trade is yours. We do not supervise, approve, or compensate you for it. By creating an account, clicking through, or using the desk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Apex.
PayPal checkout
Desk and Command are software seats. Observer is free. PayPal collects the subscription under their Acceptable Use Policy: we sell simulated desk access, not investments, not crypto, not gambling. PayPal may still review or pre-approve a merchant account. A captured payment activates the seat on your login. Refunds, if any, follow PayPal’s buyer protection and our no-fault terms.
