Chapter 1 / 11 · Overview · 2 min
Start with the right mental model
Apex is a paper desk for binary Up/Down tickets. It reads public crypto prices, derives its own implied prices, and keeps a practice ledger. It does not buy crypto, connect a brokerage account, or send live orders.
- 1
Use the homepage Looks bar to preview the ten visual presentations. They lead to the same account and desk.
- 2
Read the difference between the live spot price and the synthetic Up/Down price. An Up price of 60¢ means a $5 paper ticket buys about 8.33 shares.
- 3
Follow this guide in order, then use the year example to inspect every strategy without opening an account.
What you should see
You can explain what is live (public price/news feeds), what is modeled (binary pricing and fills), and what is saved (your account ledger).
Know before continuing
Paper credits are not deposits, cryptocurrency, withdrawable funds, or a promise of future earnings.
